Update 5/2011: Molly is a wonderful girl! She gets along great with other dogs, but can be too much for laid back dogs, as she loves to play play play! She will bark at men at first, but once she is allowed to sniff you and see that you are ok, settles down quickly. Molly loves kids, but may be too much for younger ones. She would never hurt a child, but could certainly knock little ones over in play. She is housebroken and crate trained. She likes to chase cats, so a no cat house hold would be ideal for her. She is a super smart dog, who is very food motivated.

Molly is a sweet timid girl who was found stray. The nice family who found her kept her as long as they could, putting up fliers and walking her around the neighborhood to see if anyone had lost their dog. They didn't think so, as when they found Molly you could see her ribs protruding from her body. After a month of no one claiming her, their landlord said it was time for the dog to go. They did not want to see Molly end up at their local SPCA, so they contacted us. Of course we would take this sweet girl in!

Molly is settling nicely into her foster home. Here is what we know about her so far. She is a young gal, about 1-1.5 years old. She is housebroken, and non destructive when left home alone. She likes other dogs, and likes to play with them. She can be a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly. She likes to chase kitties, but doesn't hurt them. She absolutely loves car rides! She seems to be great with kids, as the nice family who saved her had grandchildren, and she interacted with them just fine. She will be spayed and microchipped soon. We will post more about her as we get to know her.
