My time was up at a local kill shelter in Ohio, we're talking about an hour before my one-on-one meeting with the vet and the needle, when my angel from A Buddy for Life made the call to the pound staff, requesting that I be saved. I haven't made it down to Delaware yet, where I can personally greet her and give her a big tail and butt wag for saving me, but I expect to be down here within the next few weeks. Right now I'm being boarded at a really nice vet hospital/boarding facility in Cleveland, just waiting to get on a transport down to Delaware. I'm not too happy being in yet another "caged" environment, with yapping dogs surrounding me, stressing me out. I'm really a nice, mellow gal, but after being around all these dogs 24/7 I think I would prefer a quieter household, without these yapping pests, where I can live out my years being the center of attention. At one point I did have a responsible pet owner, because it was determined at the vet hospital that I was already spayed. I don't know what happened to my previous owner but hope that I will find a new guardian who will love me and keep me safe. Could that person be you?
